I just returned from a two week trip to Bergen, Norway - Helsinki, Finland - and Estonia with a day trip to Latvia. The Bergen part of the trip was a complete bust - I was scheduled to go on a cruise with Hurtigruten that was canceled due to mechanical issues with the boat I was to travel on, so I cut my trip short in Norway and flew to Helsinki. After a few interesting days in Helsinki in the company of two documentary film makers, it was off to Estonia - the high point of my trip. My recommendation is to put the Old Town section of Tallinn on your list of must-see places, and make sure to contact Travellers Tours there for some great tours.
